Our President
Tim Decker, AIF® - President & CEO
An independent, fee-only financial advisor with over 31 years of experience, Tim has helped clients maximize financial security for themselves, their loved ones, and even their employees.
With hard work, integrity, and genuine concern for each client, Tim, along with his caring staff of many years, has built ISI Financial Group into a respected financial advisory firm managing over $300 million in assets for clients.
Tim’s "Sleep-Well-at-Night" approach to wealth management resonates with clients who value a sincere effort to make them comfortable with their investments. Tim knows that trust and confidence are the primary factors when clients ask him to manage their financial affairs. It is that same trust and confidence that leads clients to refer their friends, family and colleagues. Finally, knowing that Tim invests his own money in the same investment vehicles that he recommends to his clients helps them feel secure in their choice to work with ISI Financial Group.
